QRP wattmeter movements

Many people new to QRP and wanting to build their own gear, to learn or to save money, still need basic test gear.
One often-needed item is a power meter able to show small amounts of RF.

For those willing and able to 'roll their own' I saw this fairly rare item on eBay:
