Windows 10

I've upgrade my computer to Windows 10. It seems I have to re-install device drivers that windows can't find. Well, as a consequence, my Peaberry V2 no longer works. And it seems the procedure to Update the driver for the DG8SAQ-12C will not accept installation of driver from David's driver files.

Does anybody have a fix? If not, I may be reinstalling Windows 8.1 back onto my computer; it seem MS gives you a month after the upgrade to reverse the process.

You're right, but of course, it is somewhat different from Window 8.1 to "disable driver signature enforcement"

1. hold shift while do restart option
2. click on "trouble shoot"
3. click on "advanced options"
4. click on " startup settings"
5. restarts
6 select # 7 (Disable driver signature enforcement)

When Windows 10 reboots, it will now accept driver install from David's support files.

And we are back in business.

Now thats really odd, I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and experienced no problems at all, in fact I had totally forgot that there might be a problem and plugged my Peaberry V2 in and launched HDSDR and everything worked perfect. I wonder why you're having trouble. Maybe because you came from Windows 8.1?

I guess I'll have to eat my words, I just tried to get my Peaberry going on my laptop running a new install of Windows 10 and ran into the same problem. Thanks for the info VE3LC, worked perfect. I have to wonder though, how you knew to do it.
