Where do I get PowerSDR-IQ?

David,
I googled PowerSDR-IQ and couldn't come up with anything that looked like a reliable source. One package I downloaded wants me to also install the Flex Radio version of PowerSDR. Just seems wrong.

PowerSDR is a trademark of FlexRadio Systems. It's open source so some folks forked it for homebrew radios.
