what is the highest voltage that can be used to power the V2 board?

I don't have the answer, but as there are some voltage regulators, bumping up the voltage as a means to increase the output power would result in more heat dissipated in the voltage regulators. Likely not something great.
Maybe consider using a small amp if you need more power?

Low power, but more than you'll ever get directly out of the Peaberry ... and not breaking the bank.

I wonder what an outboard regulator could do with a keyed dual output? Where the AMP output is used to select a higher voltage during transmit only, so the regulators are not dissipating heat needlessly.
