How to manage Rx and Tx the black connector, or it is impossible in this radio.

The black connector is for a CW key or paddle. You could repurpose it with a custom build of firmware.

But the XRX and XTX lines are probably what you're interested in. The gates of Q1 and Q2 are pretty easy to tack a wire on to. These can sink up to 12mA. So driving LEDs or relays are no problem.

Is there any way to use PTT with peaberry. Can we use the black connector as PTT or should we use new firmware to use black connctor as PTT ?

I don't think I'm understanding these questions. Can you be more specific? What software are you running and exactly what is it you want to "push to talk"? Or are you trying to active the PTT on another device like a linear amp?

I want to know how to "Push to talk". What is the connector available on Peaberry PCB for PTT?

PTT is controlled entirely by software. You can ask the software authors what hardware options they have for PTT. Some will support using the key jack.
