General discussion and support for the Peaberry SDR V1.

A few questions before I start.....

Thanks for the kit, it arrived today. I am very impressed.
Having read through the instructions (but not opened the parts bags) I have a couple of questions :

I am interested in building the 40/30/20 meter option. My reading of the config worksheet is that I need an external LPF for 40 meter transmission, but not for 30 or 20 meters. Is this correct? Are the parts included for this LPF? Is there a way of switching this from the Peaberry or do I have to arrange something - no problem if I do.

Can I update the firmware for the Cypruss chip on board with a suitable programmer? I have not worked with this technology before but know my way around the Arduino, TI Launchpad, AVR processors and some Pics.

73s and thanks again for an interesting kit.

You need to use the external LPF for transmitting on 40m or you'll be sending harmonics on 20m. The LC parts are included. There are no relays in the Peaberry so you need to switch this in manually.

The firmware is open source and all kits include the SWD/JTAG connector if you want to program it yourself.
